Asha Mokrosz

RMT, CDT, HBA

For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, providing therapeutic massage to support physical comfort and overall well-being. My approach is client-centred and grounded in safe, evidence-informed practice. Care is provided with attention to pacing, consent, and individual nervous system responses.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Fascial Remodeling Practitioner, with full certification in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT). I integrate these approaches with targeted muscular techniques and general Swedish massage, tailoring each treatment to the specific needs and goals of the client.

This integrative approach allows for intentional, focused care that respects the complexity of the body while remaining practical and effective. As my clinical work increasingly involved clients with a range of breast health concerns, I developed a dedicated area of practice to provide appropriate and supportive massage therapy for this specific need.
